Service Description
This class is centered around balancing postures and is aimed to incorporate muscular coordination, breathing techniques, and mental focus so as to improve balance, posture, and stability in the body. Postures such as tree, dancer, crow, and warrior 3 will be highlighted regularly so students can work on progressions and build upon their practice. This class will also emphasize core and glute engagement exercises to improve stability and coordination. Modifications for poses are always offered and this class is designed for all experience and fitness levels. Finding balance on your mat can have powerful influence on balancing your every day life, so join us for this fun and focused flow!
